Shipping Information

Courier Partner: We use The Courier Guy for all nationwide deliveries in South Africa.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 10-14 business days depending on your location. Outlying areas may take an additional 1-2 days.

Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day.

Tracking: Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your waybill number to track your delivery directly on The Courier Guy's website.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Die Blaasbul, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.

Process: Please contact us at dieblaasbulza@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return. We will provide you with the return address.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
